Loyalty program

Every guest for the Flagman Hotel is a treasure!
This is confirmed by our new loyalty program, created with care and love especially for you!
Depending on the number of nights spent at the Flagman Hotel, our guests are issued virtual cards from basic level to platinum.
A virtual card of any level is assigned to the guest without issuing a plastic card.
Notification of card issuance and change of loyalty level is sent to the guest by email.
Our guests have access to 4 loyalty levels:
Base – 7% discount;
Silver – 15% discount (with accumulation of 5 nights);
Gold – 20% discount (with 9 nights accumulation);
Platinum – 25% discount (with 15 nights accumulated).

To join the loyalty program and start saving nights, you just need to register in the program and
the guest automatically receives a virtual “Base” level card with a 7% discount on accommodation and food services.

The higher the card status, the more privileges!
Starting from the “Gold” level, guests have a 20% discount and
additional free services: late check-out until 15-00, laundry services, hot drinks (coffee, tea), etc.
