These Rules for the provision of hotel services at Flagman Hotel LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are developed in accordance with the Federal Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 09.10.2015 No. 1085, and regulate relations in the field of providing hotel services at the Flagman Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel).
The Hotel is intended for temporary accommodation of Guests for a period agreed with the Hotel.
The operating mode of the Hotel is round-the-clock. Checkout time is 12:00.
These Rules are a public offer of Flagman Hotel LLC to an unlimited number of consumers interested in purchasing hotel services.
Flagman Hotel LLC was registered with the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 12 for the Omsk Region on October 14, 2016, State Registration Certificate series 55 No. 003973911, TIN 5503168873, OGRN 1165543089304. The hotel has been assigned the category: "THREE STARS" Certificate No. 55/AA-153-2021/188-2022. The certificate is valid until December 23. 2025
The hotel operates in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents: "Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 2020 No. 1853.

The Hotel informs the Guests that for security purposes and in accordance with the requirements of anti-terrorist security, video surveillance is carried out in the Hotel premises (with the exception of rooms, toilets and showers).
Booking procedure and conditions:
To book a room, you must send an application by telephone / fax (8 (3812) 433-111) or electronic (email@example.com) or fill out an application form on the website www.hotelflagman.ru, as well as directly contact the Reception and Accommodation Service Hotels.
The hotel accepts applications around the clock. Consideration of written applications is carried out within two hours from the moment of their receipt. The booking is considered valid from the moment the Guest receives a notification containing information about the name (company name) of the hotel, the full name of the Guest, the category of the booked room and its price, the conditions of booking, the terms of stay at the hotel. The application is considered unconfirmed after a written or oral response from the Hotel administrator stating the reason for the cancellation of the booking.
The Hotel has a non-guaranteed booking - a type of booking in which the Hotel expects the Guest within 6 hours from the set check-in time in the application, after which the reservation is canceled automatically without prior notice to the Guest.
The hotel has the right to refuse booking if there are no free rooms on the date specified in the application.
To cancel a reservation: individuals - must contact the Hotel by telephone or electronic communication no later than one day before the date of the expected arrival; for legal entities - it is necessary to send the cancellation (correction) of the reservation in writing to the Hotel by telephone or electronic communication no later than one day before the date of the expected arrival.
Restoration of canceled reservations is possible subject to availability.
The cost of hotel services of Flagman Hotel LLC is calculated based on the actual time of the Guest's stay and in accordance with the price list approved by the Hotel management.
Payment is made in rubles, in cash, by bank transfer, incl. by bank card (Visa, Master Card, American Express).
The guest is obliged to pay for hotel services and other paid services in full after they are provided to the consumer. With the consent of the Guest, payment for hotel services can be made at the conclusion of the contract in full or in part. When making settlements with the consumer, the Hotel issues to the consumer a cash receipt or a document drawn up on a strict accountability form.
Payment for accommodation at the Hotel is charged in accordance with a single checkout time - 12.00 local time.
In case of arrival of the Guest in the period from 0:00 to 06:00, a fee of 50% of the cost of the day is charged, based on the rate "without breakfast", from 06:00 to 12:00 - no payment is charged, subject to availability
