Terms of placement

These Rules for the provision of hotel services in LLC Flagman Hotel (hereinafter the Rules) are developed in accordance with the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation, approved by Decree No. 1085 of the Government of the Russian Federation of 10.10.2015, and Regulate relations in the provision of hotel services in the Hotel Flagman Hotel (hereinafter - Hotel).

The hotel is intended for temporary accommodation of Guests for a period agreed with the Hotel.

The hotel operates 24 hours a day. Check out time is 12:00.

These Rules are a public offer of LLC "Hotel Flagman" to an unlimited number of consumers interested in purchasing hotel services.

The hotel informs the Guests that, for security purposes, video surveillance is carried out on the premises of the Hotel (except for rooms, toilet and shower rooms).

Booking terms and conditions

To book a room, you need to send an application via telephone / fax (8-3812-433-111) or e-mail (hotel@hotelflagman.ru) or fill out the application form on the website www.tokflagman.ru, as well as directly contact the reception service Hotels.

The hotel accepts applications around the clock. The consideration of written applications is carried out within two hours from the moment of their receipt. The booking is considered valid from the moment the guest receives the information about the name (brand name) of the hotel, the name of the guest, the category of the room ordered and about its price, the terms of the reservation, the dates of the stay in the hotel. The application is considered unconfirmed after a written or verbal reply from the hotel administrator Indicating the reason for refusing the booking.

In the Hotel there is a non-guaranteed booking - the type of booking at which the Hotel expects the Guest within 6 hours from the established time of arrival in the application, after which the reservation is canceled automatically without prior notice to the Guest.

The hotel has the right to refuse to book, if there are no available rooms for the date specified in the application.

For cancellation of the reservation: individuals - you need to contact the Hotel via telephone or electronic communication no later than a day before the date of the expected arrival; Legal entities - must be sent to the Hotel by telephone or electronic communication, at least one day before the date of the expected arrival in writing, cancellation (correction) of the reservation.

The cancellation of the cancellation is subject to availability.

Payment Methods

The cost of hotel services LLC "Hotel Flagman" is calculated on the basis of the actual residence time of the Guest and in accordance with the hotel price list approved by the hotel management.

The payment is made in rubles, for cash, by bank transfer, incl. By bank card (Visa, Master Card, American Express).

The guest is obliged to pay hotel services and other paid services in full after rendering them to the consumer. With the consent of the Guest, payment for hotel services can be made at the conclusion of the contract in full or in part. When making settlements with the customer, the Hotel issues a cash receipt or a document issued on a strict reporting form to the consumer.

The payment for accommodation in the Hotel is charged in accordance with a single settlement hour - 12.00 hours local time.

In case of arrival of the Guest during the period from 0:00 to 06:00 h - a fee of 50% of the cost of the day will be charged, based on the "no breakfast" rate, from 06:00 h to 12:00 h - no fee will be charged.

In case of departure of the Guest from 12:00 to 18:00 h - a fee of 50% of the cost of the day is charged, based on the "no breakfast" rate, from 18:00 h to 24:00 h - payment is charged for the day .

In the case of a guest staying less than a day, upon arrival from 00.00 hours and later and departure to 

The settlement hour is charged for half the daily living, according to the current Price List, based on the "No breakfast" tariff.

When the guest leaves the previously paid stay, the calculation is made for the actual time of stay and the additional paid services provided. The amount that exceeds the cost of actual residence and provided additional paid services is returned to the Guest. Additional paid services provided by the Hotel are paid by the Guest in accordance with the current Pricelist. Information on the list and cost of additional paid services is provided in the information folder in the room or in the lobby of the Hotel.

Without additional payment, the following services are provided to the guest:

Room service - 24 hours;
Call emergency medical care, other special services;
Use of the first-aid kit (from the hotel administrator);
Delivery to the number of correspondence addressed to the Guest, upon its receipt;
Wake up to a certain hour;
Calling a taxi;
Provision of information on the timetable for the movement of trains and aircraft;
Providing information about city transport, sights of the city, shops, restaurants;
Use of an individual safe located in the guest room;
Use of an ironing room;
Use of the Internet site;
Use of Wi-Fi throughout the hotel;
Use of the storage room (contact the hotel administrator);
Providing boiling water, needles, threads, one set of dishes and cutlery.
Registration and accommodation

Registration of guests who are citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of their stay in the hotel is carried out in accordance with the Rules for Registration and Withdrawal of Citizens of the Russian Federation from the Registration Record at the Place of Stay and at the Place of Residence within the Russian Federation, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on July 17, 1995. N 713

The designation of a foreign citizen and stateless person to be registered at the place of stay in the hotel and their removal from the register at the place of stay shall be carried out in accordance with the Rules for the Implementation of the Migration Accounting of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2007 N 9 "On the procedure for the migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation."

When registering, the guest must present the following documents:

For citizens of the Russian Federation:

Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
Passport of a citizen of the USSR certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation until his replacement on a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the established period;
Birth certificate - for a person under 14 years of age;
Passport, identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
Registration at the hotel of under-age citizens under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of documents proving the identity of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives accompanying the person (s) with them, a document certifying the powers of the accompanying person (s), As well as a certificate of birth of these minors.

For foreign citizens and stateless persons:

The passport of the foreign citizen;
A temporary residence permit for a stateless person;
A residence permit for a stateless person;
Visa for citizens of those countries that have a visa regime with Russia;
Migration card.
In the absence of the above-mentioned documents or the Guest's refusal to present them, the Hotel has the right to refuse the Guest in the accommodation.

Rights and Obligations of Guests

Guests have the right:

Enjoy all the services of the Hotel;

To receive full and reliable information about the hours of work of the Hotel, the cost and the list of services and additional services to be provided, to pre-order services;
Invite visitors to your room from 07.00 to 23.00 hours. If visitors stay in the Guest Room after 23.00 hours, the Guest needs to register visitors and pay for their accommodation at the Hotel. Registration of the visitor is made only with the presence of an identity document.
Contact the administrators on the quality of services provided, leave feedback and suggestions in the Feedback and suggestions book that is at the reception.
Guests are required to:

Comply with these Rules;
Respect the rights of other Hotel Guests;
Comply with moral and ethical standards, refrain from excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages and use obscene language in the public areas of the Hotel;
Observe the rules for the use of objects of the infrastructure of the building and the rules of their work;
Timely pay bills for the services provided by the Hotel;
To cherish the property of the Hotel. In case of loss or damage (damage) of property, the Guest compensates the damage in the manner,

Stipulated by the current legislation (Article 15 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The amount of damage is determined and paid according to the Price List for the loss and damage (damage) of the property of the Hotel;
Observe the rules of fire safety and the use of electrical appliances in the room;
Close water intake taps, windows, turn off lights and electrical appliances (from the network), hand over the key to the number when leaving;
To release the number upon expiry of the paid stay.
Rights and duties of the hotel

The hotel has the right:

Send their employees to the room for cleaning, changing clothes, checking heating systems, power supply, conditioning or troubleshooting their operation, and also in case of violation by the Guest of these Rules;
In case of expiration of the Guest's stay in the Hotel and its absence in the room for more than 3 hours without payment, independently release the number from the Guest's things, creating a commission and making an inventory of the Guest's property;
In case of gross violation by the Guest of these Rules, draw up an act on the fact of violation and, if necessary, invite the employees of the internal affairs bodies to clarify all the circumstances and settle the conflict;
Do not provide accommodation services to persons who are in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication or under the influence of psychotropic drugs;
Early to evict the Guest if he violates the rules of public order;
In case of gross violation of the rules of conduct or fire safety rules on the part of the Guest, the Hotel Administration has the right to refuse to the Guest in the future stay in the Hotel with the obligatory drawing up of an act on this violation and the invitation, if necessary, to the employees of the relevant bodies.
The hotel is obliged:

Timely, qualitatively and in full provide guests paid services.
To inform the Guests about the provided services and additional services of the Hotel, the form and the order of their payment.
Ensure full compliance of the hotel's services with sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules.
To ensure the confidentiality of information about the guests of the Hotel.
Timely respond to guests' requests, take measures to eliminate accidents and breakdowns in the hotel rooms as soon as possible (in case of impossibility of eliminating an accident or breakdown in the room in the shortest possible time, the hotel administration must offer another number to the guest, but not below the paid category).
The hotel is responsible for the completeness and serviceability of the equipment in the rooms, as well as for the quality of the preparation of the room for occupancy;
The hotel is not responsible for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electrical and heat energy, water supply, etc.).
To ensure the safety of the Guest's personal belongings, except for money, currency valuables, securities, precious things (Article 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The hotel is not responsible for the money and material values ​​left in the room, including for money and valuables left in the safe.
In case of discovering things forgotten by the Guests - immediately notify the owner of the things about it. The hotel stores the things forgotten by the Guest for 6 months.
To provide, at the first request of the Guest, a "Book of Feedback and Suggestions", which is located at the reception desk.
In the Hotel it is forbidden:

To carry out photo / video shooting without the written permission of the head of the Hotel;
Leave unauthorized persons in your room in your absence;
To transfer to third parties the key of the number and the Guest card;
To store bulky things in the room (boxes, boxes with the size of more than 100x100x100 cm should be stored in the hotel's luggage room in order to ensure the convenience of cleaning in the room, as well as the personal safety of the Guest);
Rearrange and move furniture;
Smoking in rooms and other premises of the Hotel, as well as in places unidentified for this purpose in accordance with Federal Law No. 15-FZ of 23.02.2013 "On protecting health of citizens from exposure to ambient tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco use". According to Art. 6.24 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, a violation of the prohibition of tobacco smoking established by the federal law entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 500 to 1500 rubles. Guest in case of violation of the ban on smoking in the room must compensate for the costs incurred by the Hotel for the restoration and preparation of the room (carpet cleaning, textile, ionization of air, etc.) for the next guest;
To disturb the rest of the other guests of the Hotel, creating noise;
To bring and store weapons, explosive and easily flammable, caustic, poisonous, narcotic substances and other dangerous objects. (Guests who have the right to carry and store weapons in accordance with their activities shall be required to provide documents certifying this right at the request of the Hotel);
Intentionally pollute the territory of the Hotel;
Throw out of the windows various objects, cigarette butts, etc;
Finding domestic and wild animals.
The procedure for resolving disputes in the Hotel

In case of disputes on the quality of service, the guest can solve them with the administrator of the

In case of impossibility of elimination of the revealed lacks the Guest has the right to write the claim in "the Book of responses and offers".

The claim is signed by the Guest with the indication of contact information (telephone, postal address, e-mail) for receiving a response from the Hotel.

The hotel administration takes all possible measures provided by law to resolve conflict situations.

In cases not provided for in these Rules, the Administration of the Hotel and the Hotel Guests are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
